When do I graduate from sim funded to live on Builder?

After five approved sim payouts on your Builder account. The fifth approved payout triggers promotion to a live account underwritten by Blue Row Capital.

Can I have more than one Builder account at the same time?

No. Builder is limited to one active Builder account per user. The plan is built for focus, not for stacking multiple evals.

Is Builder good for beginners?

Yes — Builder is designed as the easiest entry path to MFFU with forgiving EOD trailing drawdown, a one-day pass minimum, and a clear five-payout path to live capital. The soft-pause daily loss limit gives traders room to learn without a single bad session ending the account.

How is Builder different from other low-cost one-step plans?

Most low-cost one-step plans stop at sim. Builder includes a documented five-payout ladder to a real live brokerage seat, $0 activation fee, EOD trailing drawdown (not intraday), and a soft-pause DLL that keeps the account alive after a bad day.

What does the live Builder account look like?

After five approved sim payouts, you trade live capital at Blue Row Capital. The live account carries an EOD trailing drawdown of $2,000 (default plan) or $1,500 (add-on plan), which becomes static once the MLL reaches $0. You get daily payouts, an 80/20 split, a $1,000 daily loss limit, no consistency rule, and one live account per user. A 21-day cooldown applies if the live account is breached.

Questions about getting started.

Builder is the easiest path to funding in the prop space and the only MFFU plan with a fixed payout ladder to live capital — five rungs, each up to $2,000, then a real brokerage account. It has a one-day minimum evaluation, a $1,000 soft-pause daily loss limit, and an 80/20 split. Rapid pays daily on sim with a 90/10 split and no fixed ladder. Pro has the highest payout cap at $100K and its own path to live.

After you pass the evaluation, you trade a sim-funded Builder account through up to five approved payout cycles. Before your first payout, you need to clear the required buffer — $2,100 on the default plan, $1,600 on the add-on. Once the buffer is cleared, each payout cycle requires a minimum of 2 qualifying trading days, at least $500 net profit since your last payout, and must fall between $500 and $2,000. A 50% consistency rule applies at the payout stage — your single best day can't account for more than half of that cycle's profits. After your fifth approved sim payout, you graduate to a live brokerage account at Blue Row Capital with daily payouts, an 80/20 split, and no consistency rule.

If you breach max drawdown on the sim-funded Builder account, the account ends and you start a new evaluation. Hitting the $1,000 daily soft-pause limit only ends your session for that day — it does not breach the account. Note: if you breach after graduating to a live account at Blue Row Capital, a 21-day cooldown applies — no sim funded trading, no new eval purchases, and no resets during that period.
