As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build a high-performing team that will fuel our next stage of growth.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead will own and drive the recruitment function, leading the full-cycle hiring process for both technical and business roles. You will design and execute talent strategies, develop scalable processes, and partner with leadership to attract top talent that aligns with our culture and vision.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, across multiple functions.
Partner with leadership to define role requirements and talent strategies for current and future needs.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
Develop and implement best practices for candidate experience, interview processes, and selection methods.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR coordinators as the team grows.
Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Represent MyFundedFutures at networking events, career fairs, and industry gatherings to strengthen our employer brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of filling roles across multiple disciplines (finance, operations, tech, sales).
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus.
